Battalion Logistics Officer

Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA

United States Army - Captain

Supervisor of all internal logistics within the battalion to include sustainment plans and operations, supply, maintenance, transportation, services, operational contract support, and a budget of $3.5 million. Managed and supervised all equipment turn-ins, transfers, upgrades, and the Battalion Command Supply Discipline program for over $160 million in weaponry, vehicles, and classified systems.

  • Integrated Microsoft PowerBI into financial liability investigations; completed 23 investigations totaling over $500,000 in losses within 30 days while reducing workload by 30%.

​

  • Developed the Command Deployment Discipline Program allowing rapid deployment of mission essential equipmentto various training exercises to include Singapore, Thailand, and various training centers throughout the United States.

  • Rated in the top 20% of all captains on annual performance report.​​​

Platoon Leader

Fort Bliss, TX;

South Korea

United States Army - First Lieutenant

Led an artillery platoon comprised of 42 members. Planned, coordinated, and conducted a comprehensive training program to prepare organization for a variety of operations. Developed and mentored platoon members to forge a cohesive team. Planned and led a multitude of humanitarian operations while deployed to South Korea.

  • Planned, resourced, and executed multiple training events resulting in 63 personnel qualifying on their individual weapon systems, 85 qualifying on land navigation skills, and 3 artillery crews qualifying on their weapon systems. Earned the title of “Top Gun” by having the best artillery crew in the brigade.

​

  • Led a high visibility joint live fire exercise with the Korean Army, Marine Corps, and Air Force; the event received national attention via CNN and Reuters.

​

  • Managed over $50 million in assets through deployment and redeployment while maintaining the highest readiness rate in the battalion at 95%.

​

  • Rated in the top 10% of Lieutenants in the Battalion.

Fire Support Officer

Fort Bliss, TX;

Fort Irwin, CA

United States Army - First Lieutenant

Lead officer responsible for employment of the Army’s most advanced cannon, mortar, rocket, and airstrike fire systems. Planned and executed operations to include multi-state deployment of armored vehicles. Advised multiple commanders on how to employ various indirect fires assets during combat training operations.

  • Developed and supervised a maintenance plan resulting in 85% operational readiness of all equipment in the platoon.

​

  • Created and maintained relationships with Air Force counterparts resulting in new training opportunities within the brigade and increased qualifications for 25% of all soldiers.

​

  • Rated in the top 30% of Lieutenants in the Battalion.
